French Classical Pianist


Did you know that I am a fan of Eric Satie?
I live in the dark corners of my room playing the French pianist,
dreaming of the Aegean Sea, and the temple of Knossos
where I can walk up and down the steps and keyboard
and not think about my solitary attic in Paris.
In my musical heart, there is a lost, unresolved chord,
something like Les Misérables, pursued by Javert the detective,
when I should be in my salon listening to Elizabeth Sombart.
