Argentina 78 I met my wife in the Argentine I was there in Cordoba supporting The Scotland team. Many a Scot has gone around the world To follow our nearly men unlucky squad Ah! but a fighting finish always. Love or loathe Our national football team, If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have met My Maria Consuela Juarez. Two lovely kids now, sticking the ball Around the yard, Pablo and Angus, They'll pull on the blue jersey one day (in their dreams!) Their Argentine granny knits them balaclavas in Buenos Aires Granny Juarez, Scotland's no' Greenland! They've learned to tango and speak espanol Big Kempes and Ozzie Ardiles posters On their bedroom wall, Viva Argentina! Viva Escocia!
