In the morning light the sun begins to rise
Inside the greenhouse where the beauty lies
Climbing like a sweet pea reaching for the sky
With every step you take your spirit flies.
Over garden ladders see a world unfold
Through the elephant hedge the flowers
are taking Ganesha in a festival of colour.
Blooms of every shade a story to be told
An ashram of light in an Indian summer.
I'm there in spirit, love, though not in plain sight.
