You lift my heart to where it should be

I'm the bird nesting high on a tree

feeling high and proud as can be

of the love shared between you & me

When we look back to when we first met

the sparks would light a candlestick

the moon would be light for all to see

the beauty of the love between you & me

Between you & me for all to see

beauty of two spirits complete in love

Between you and me for all to see

two beautiful doves growing in love.
