Rising Bright

Nothing smells as nice as a crisp morning air

Air so fresh your nostrils burn

Breathe it in, catch the last starry glimpse twinkle

Soon to fade, to give way to the rising bright

Nothing quite as nice as the cool quiet morning dark

Sound so quiet your ears give way to the noise of your thoughts

Concentrate; hear the wind gently blow a leaf

As it skips ever so lightly

Soon to fade, to give way to the rising bright

Nothing speaks peace like the stillness of the prelude

Darken black with a hint of blue

Stand still, be still, feel the quiet

Soon to fade, to give way to the rising bright.
