In a mental bubble bath

Appreciate those tranquil days
Pray that more will come your way!
Stress comes dressed in many styles
Anxious strain...can vex you wild!
Live each moment....to your best
Gather faith for all the rest!
Every day will have it's end
Thru the years they tend to blend
Reckon all those highs and lows
They're the bits that make you grow
