A Pantoum written as part of an assignment in a creative writing class.

Georgia once said:
“I paint for me;
What you get from it, is you.”
Flowers and landscapes

“I paint for me.”
Vivid hues brushed and smudged.
Flowers and landscapes
On canvases pulled taut

Vivid hues brushed and smudged.
Flowing rivulets of feminine wiles
On canvases pulled taut
Sad and barren

Flowing rivulets of feminine wiles
“What you get from it, is you.”
Sad and barren
Georgia once said.

The painting is in the eye of the beholder?

Is a painting of flowers and landscapes "sad and barren?"

These questions and more are raised by your poem.

Say Something Terrorible v3 by RickthePoetWarrior

My mom says ‘If you can’t say anything nice then don’t say anything’. Sorry mom but under the guise of poetic license I penned these beauties.
