In my hut’s roof there is a gaping hole,
Which is filled in by hollowness—
So pure and clean—its transparency
Resembles me the Celestial Lake;
So shining and bright—its dazzle shine
Is like that of the sun's. Crude food
Nourishes this ethereal flesh of mine;
Hemp robe covers my illusory stature.
I’d let you set off a thousand sorcerers
Arrayed against my patched heart—
A true buddhahood inside my chest,
Earnest of win in all my battles to accept.
