With the twilight I sing and the moon Is swinging her perfectly round brow In time with my vocal jump and drop. Clapping my hands, I hop and dance— My shadow is swelling and swaying. We sport together while sober, bright And cheerful, while drunk, we all go Our own paths. Inseparable trio then, Till beyond the clouds we meet again!

You mean the moon, you, and your shadow are drinking. When you pass out you all go separate ways....until the moon comes out behind the cloud then all you three can meet again. You probably have translated one of the Chinese poets "Li Po's" poetry. He was an ancient poet who wrote excellent poetry whenever he gets drunk.

The Three Amigos? There is a deeper meaning here, but you lost me.

Upon looking at the drawing, I am amazed with its complexity in its simplicity. Reminds me of Picasso or Lennon drawings that convey much with very few lines. Like your poem?
