Slow Dance

The soft sweet glow of the candlelight,
A dark red rose in your hair.
I’m trying so hard with all my might
To just believe you are there.

I feel your arms as they wrap around
And draw me in to your chest,
And live this dream since we both have found
That we like slow dancing best.

To see the sparkle that fills your eyes
And bless the room with our smiles.
You know it won’t come as a surprise

A stolen kiss, such delicious bliss
I know this must be a dream,
