I’ve made my wish, tonight- let me be ice…

An offering of total sacrifice.

Let everything I am melt into you-

And leave you moist as early morning dew.

Let lips be first- a kiss that makes me die-

I’m yours for every time you sweat or cry-

I live to die by all means and adore

As I’m absorbed by every single pore.

Remove your wares, its only you and me-

In equal measure tasting ecstasy.

You hold this cube as hard as any stone

That bleeds for love and hears you as you moan.

You place me on your neck and gently slide

A dew drop that has lived to take this ride-

These tears reveal what words could not confess-

To die for you defines my happiness.

You will not for a moment think I’m cold-

But wonder how a mortal got this bold.

To ask a wish of this profound design-

But granting this…will let me call you mine.
