You and me, I close my eyes-
Feeling something by surprise.
Heart uplifted into bliss-
Don’t know what to make of this.

I can’t tell you, let’s just see-
If you feel this chemistry.
All can turn on just a dime-
Hold my breath for one more time.

Keep me guessing, you won’t tell-
Know this process very well.
Hold composure, just might cry…
“How’s it going?” Live or die?

Love the pleasant kind of dance-
Falling swiftly, took a chance…
Friendly conversation thrills-
More than any kind of pills.

Hit or miss? I still must wait;
God- I want to detonate,
Take another breath or two-
Such a rush- this me and you.

Lost my train of thought, again-
Bet you fluster all your men-
Shake my head, we never know-
How the evening’s going to go.

Finally, saw that subtle grin-
Even if it’s brief- I’m in!
Turn my lights on with your smile-
Socks knocked off so stay a while!
