Pondering thoughts of the mind,
an assortment of mixed emotions,
lost in this moment of real time,
be it selfish acts or true devotion.
Life’s choices beyond all compare,
all made in the heat of the moment,
consequences which we must share,
our hearts filled with true atonement.

Intellectually lost within our perception,
in the gentle mist of the reality we wander,
judgement clouded by society’s deception,
searching for the truth we often ponder.

just more questions with each new day,
we must discover our own basic needs,
we’re all individuals with our own way.
