Journey of the Mind


Journey into the magic imagery of one’s mind,
flowers of brilliance growing before your eyes,
suspense and adventure existing without time,
land of mystery and romance without any lies.

The captivating feeling of a strong inner peace,
such unity transcending from an enduring light,
releasing contentment’s promise of a new lease,
with mystical skies of pastels, an angelic sight.

The mind allows fantasy to mingle with dreams,
cascading waterfalls of blue glittering with gold,
fields of velvet grass with a meandering stream,
flowers blooming in an array of color to behold.

Sights and sounds blending in a placid illusion,
the mighty ocean waves with their constant roar,
without the need of answers there is no confusion,
demons flee from our toes upon the sandy shore.

Upon a pillow eyes closed breathing softly you go,
to another place, one only you can come to know,
experiencing the essence of your imaginary flow,
in the silence, feel the gentle breeze begin to blow.
