The essences of love is mystic by the Almighty’s design,
capturing one’s soul, encompassing both body and mind,
ever changing, cascaded with emotions constantly redefined,
balancing the needs to withstand the test of time.

It’s a living, growing, nurturing path,
constantly striving to fulfill one’s partner’s being,
with completeness and beatitude forever to last,
for love is an unselfish act of never fleeing.

I found my true love, my soul mate,
many years ago, it was but destiny unfolding,
from the moment our eyes met, from our first date,
I knew she brought me oneness in just holding.

Life is but a struggle, yet true love survives,
through the turmoil and uncertainty which arise,
whenever darkness overwhelms it seems our love arrives,
with it’s magnificent splendor and confidence surprise.

The Lord has blessed me beyond belief,
for I have never been worthy of the love I seek,
but, my Love, has always been there to offer relief,
in the good times and even the bleak.
