Amidst the black void of worry, one twinkle persists
It is lonely, but it has strength and an indomitable will
It is simple and true and has undeniable logic
But how long will it stand against the encroaching darkness?
But it is right! It cannot be denied
Injustice must not prevail in this situation
No matter how much it is argued, it still meets resistance
Will its truth and beauty ever be accepted?
You must give it a chance to prove itself
Anything so powerful must be of great worth
Open your eyes and your heart and clear away the fog
Can't you see that this light will not go out?
What is it? You know. You just won't admit it
But through all the darkness, through all the unnecessary tears and pain
Inside your heart you will be aware of this star
