I realized today...
many things I must say.
Sometimes expressing,
ones pain...
Keeps you from,
going insane.
By speaking your
mind...
the truth you will
find.
Fragmented thoughts
equal lessons
well taught.
To keep feelings
inside...
may destroy the
humanity within.
When pieced together
they help you
to remember.
That you are O.K.
get ready for
another day.

Realisation is a wonderful thing. I love it, because once you realise something that will totally help you or allow you to move on, things get so much better from then on. Congrats on your realisation and putting it wonderfully in the poem.
