When will the dark creatures of this demented realm cease to be?
Coiled in a corner... ready to spring, he patiently awaits... his prey of the day. Singing and skipping, innocent and carefree she rushes inside, no worries foreseen. He's plotting and planning... despicable, diabolical acts. Destruction of purity, fearing no wrath. Sweetly she sings... her dollies now sleep, dresses for bed... says her prayers... happy and safe. Evil inside him ruptures and bursts. He summons Lucifer for one final talk. Now slithering , sneaking around corners...he stops. She never suspects this innocent child. The horror that's stalked her... the horror outside. One fateful second is all that it takes. Destruction of innocence... a child is lost.

You have handled a horrific subject with great feeling and sensitivity.
Too many writers shy away from portraying the grotesqueries of the human state, this is well written and well concieved.
