directions vary day to day
focus lost on a wayward wave
muddled emotions stagnate life
confusion peaks, from time to time...

loss combined with every gain
still I strive to walk and win
crawl, fall down try once more
ignore defeat knocking at my door...

my mind fills with colors
on this motionless dead end sea
feeling congested, still as can be
incipit thoughts hang aimlessly...

searching high above pyrotechnic skies
diving low avoiding oxymoron tides
determined to discover my comfort zone
this battle I fight, is mine, mine alone...

Clearly expressed conflict -- very universal, too. I identify with your words. Well done, Zenith.

The conflict comes through clearly in this. But you are not alone. Well done.

Oh, yes, the comfort zone... something I was always told to stay away from!!! This is the battle, as you so well describe... thank you for sharing, Zenith....

Adrift in the doldrums. I can related. Nicely expressed. Love and peace, Regis.
