HERstory Happens Every Minute

Unlike History that is made every day,

Days lack time for what women do and say.

The world has many people living in it.

HERoines give birth to HERoes by the minute.

Behind every great man is a geat woman.

Why not behind every great woman is a man?

Women rise up and take the witness stand.

Chauvinism is an attribute of mankind.

A woman does not lead from behind?

 HERoism echoes thru the annals of time.

The world has many people living in it.

Women give birth thousands of time a minute.

The “N” channels do not cover the news once every day, **

Suggesting that news is not made that way.

When tHEiR escapades beckon,

HERoics are reported up to the second.

High-powered performance on the world stages

Make her roles the acts of the ages.

When given a chance, her potential has no limit.

HERstory is not made by the day, but by the minute.
