Franz,
This is a great piece about the beauty of nature,-flowers. One really knows there is someone great who made such beauty for our eyes to see and noses to smell. We are blessed aren't we?
Glad your move is the only reason you won't be seing your gardenias again.

This may be the first time we've met. So glad you clarified
why you won't be seeing them. Your poem is synchronis for me--Gardinia's are rare in my personal experience, and I was given a Gardinia to wear in my hair today by a friend. I came to your site as I was impressed by the comment you left for Ruth Houston on her articel. I left the review just before yours. We are in agreement, and your point about attachment is something I did not stop to think about when I wrote my comment, but I certainly had to figure that out for myself in my part of my marriage surviving. Gardenias are one of my favorite flowers, and mine are
ready to bloom (indoor plants of course).
They bloom again and again...so...as Floria asked: Why is
it you say you will not see them again? I am concerned.
