Morning Valley

Morning Valley

In front of my sleepy eyes
A tree- round, lush, not tall
Stood there simple and quaint
A credit of beauty to all

Rustling sounds
Submerged in a friendly breeze
Verdant foliage is swaying
And devoid of any need

The valley dawns
Cool refreshing openness greets
As if we were happy space
In a timeless universe of peace

Contemplating you quivering tree
Enshrined in a liquid mellow dress
The pain in my heart went far from me
Eclipsed by a moment of bliss

Hello Franz, cool piece, right with you on this. I love getting up early and visiting the forest, watching the animals, enjoyoing the natural beauty that God gave us. I'm no asphalt jungle person at all. G
