A simple philosophy, Steve, gently expressed. I specially loved the first four stanzas, whose brevity so neatly reflected the mood of the poem. Possibly the slightly inconsistent meter in the final stanza made it a little less effective than the preceding ones, but I still enjoyed it very much. My best wishes to you, Sal.
