Public T
Beneath a cold veneer of white,
that's only been there since last night.
Lay steel grey lines that pre-date me,
so what is slowing my journey.
For Mother Nature hatched her plan,
well before the dawn of man.
Yet year on year the same delays,
and all for lack of warming rays.
I'm giving up on Public T,
as its forever failing me.
Pinning all my hopes its still today,
I guess I'll get there when I may.
