Yes, my mom said something similiar to this the other day when my Dad asked her when you give up on your children- she thought he was crazy, but I could have told her that! Love this.

Tina, indeed they’re a precious gift from above, and I feel fortunate enough that is was able to hold all of my children as they came into this world. Now, I get to hold my grandchildren, which only heightens the joy of living. Yes, you’re right, they’re forever held in our hearts and soul. Thanks for sharing it. Take good care and be well.
Betty, I have 3 sons now all over 21 but had they been my birth sons or adopted I would have felt the same. Children reguardless of if they are "ours" by birth or through other means or for that matter just children we have "adopted" with our hearts, they are always such wonderful blessings.
