Day 1 after surgery.........
Pain such a wretched place to find my self in who told them they could drive rail road spikes in Who ever said don't worry its not going to be that bad I would just love to punch them in the kisser oh wait, was that my baby sister? Doing everything one handed SUCKS! Things just seem to turn out in a muck! Hammering pounding day and night Pain seems to be my master oh how to get out? Those pills they gave me are suppose to help Ha! They just put me so asleep that I almost Pee on my self! I know that this too shall pass That the Lord will help me all I have to do is ask Lord, I'm screaming Please Open your ears This pain is so terrible feels as if it will last for years Ok, time for one more YELL Before I start condemning everything straight to hell Lord forgive me my impatience give me some peace sleep with out pain just one second with out pain is my goal my aim �2005 Tina Clark

Dear Tina... well, facing surgery myself on Monday that don't sound tooooo comfortable, not sure I can really make a sensible and objective comment here - except... ouch!! I do sincerely hope and pray that, with the two-pronged approach of GOOD pain management and subsidence of the occurence of pain... PLUS some Holy Anaesthetic and Comfort, your situation will be much alleviated and improved. Pain is a bugger if you can't actually get away from it. Think in the end I would rather run the risk of wettin myself and gettin some much-needed sleep... and enjoy someone else changing the bed!! Small recompense, but that's my small mind for you! Bless you and be well and pain-free SOON! LOL Kate xx

Bloody blighters. -You won't feel a thing- HA means they bloody well won't.
When I had a spinal tap. They had to knock me out. After I had ripped a pillow and crunched a nurses hand. Yup I'm a certified coward.
Well I hope the pain pain goes away. Fall on those who said it won't be that way.

Keep yale-ing. Hope you're tip top asap...

These docs that say "this won't hurt" or "you'll only feel a little discomfort" oughta be hung. They obviously haven't had surgery or the procedure...
