The void of pain widens as time passes as dry as a desert plain reflected against this vapid soul
The light of hope, that was once bright now dimmed eternally, a mere flicker eyes shimmer with unshed tears, unfocused, unfeeling, uncaring
A voice no longer heard, soundless as a distant mist, and yet, cries out for solace Coldness seeps into a heart left vacant, it's hollowness echoes with each aimless beat
Dispair holds the soul imprisoned it's deathgrip squeezing what's left of this life desperately missing the familiar, the comforting of your touch, your sound, your scent
Tugged forth from a broken heart, tears of crystal blue slide unnoticed drip onto the oceans cool, inviting surface a hand waves to no one on the shore no one sees the sullen eyes as they sink evermore beneath the comforting blanket, into the beckoning arms of the sea.
