Are your lips still soft
as a petal, like a rose,
does the softness of your thighs,
bring the dawn to a close?
Is there warmth in your touch
like that moment long ago,
does your passion silently burn
on dark paths that you know
Has your desire cooled
in the death of an April spring,
could I breathe new life in
the ashes, of your offering?
Does your heart beat tonight
longing, longing for a kiss from me?
alone on my deck I am whispering,
a Love Song...in poetry
Is there a Hunger in your smile
behind poetic works so tame,
somewhere a fire is burning out of control,
that puts the sun to shame
You certainly have not lost your touch for poetry my dear friend. Another romantic epic.
Much peace, love and light,
Amber
