The Rolling Stones just couldn't get any satisfaction;
all they really needed was just a little introspection.
Their songs were entertaining, popular at one time;
did they ever search for a more sublime paradigm?
It's our turn now, no need to be a rolling stone;
spend some time in silence and get rid of that darn wishbone.
Once we rise above those incessant desires of our flesh;
facing reality, our well-being released from the subterranean mesh.
We definitely need more than an ephemeral sense;
a hunger for true knowledge, a sweet frankincense.
We must make an effort to seek the arithmetic of love;
the uncircumscribed, given freely from high above.
There is hope for you, there is hope for me;
sooner or later we'll all eventually see.
To recognize our calling, to answer to it too;
then begins our satisfaction, it's not merely ballyhoo.
The Rolling Stones just couldn't get any satisfaction;
all they really needed was just a little introspection.
So remember that please, it will work a marvel;
now we're headed for a life that's really quite noble.
