Sometimes you're hot, sometimes you're cold;

you have yet to find that unshakable stronghold.

There is only one way to find a veritable ideal;

always remember, fear equals false evidence appearing real.

Faith, hope and charity, strive for this triplicity;

now you'll be assured of conquering insecurity.

My soul many a time has experienced shipwreck;

we are sojourners, part of our lives trek.

When we take the time to look into the sublime;

life takes on meaning, a really perfect rhyme.

There is such a thing as an immaculate recovery;

truth be told, just avoid the devil's bribery.

Sacred scripture says many are called, few are chosen;

let's not miss the mark and become egotistically brazen.

Sacred scripture says that pride will precede a fall;

humility is the only safeguard, avoid your opponents squall.
