Love, Why do you laugh at me? Why do you hold me hostage? Why not set me free? Love, What a sense of humor you have! I hear your sadistic laugh. The jokes are all at my expense. I laugh along in my defense. Love, Why do you pretend to be a friend of mine? Oh, how you love to tell your lovely lies. Love, Let loose your hold of me. Just break your chains, And set me free.

I can feel you in this poem. Sometimes you love em then you hate em it's not always easy! To compromise is not always easy either, but through constant communication to talk things out as long as the other party is willing & receptive it can work. There those times where you're Not trying to hear one another and that's when it gets quite complicated. But its so nice to love! Thanks for sharing! I loved your poem!

And the beat goes on and on... Love is a chaotic cue ball... like I said in my recent verse, Quasar... I'm sure you could of went further with this... but you've covered a lot in just 4 stanzas... Thanks for sharing...
