A parody of an old nursery rhyme. The well-known original nursery rhyme has always invoked some protest in me, because I would much rather follow the saying "practice makes perfect" and speak as much as possible.
A lazy owl lived in an oak,
The more he saw the less he spoke,
The less he spoke the more his beak,
Wrapped in the cobweb, grew inapt to speak.
