Sadness of alcoholism.
The strength to endure is so hard to gather, As I watch the destruction of my child's father. Where a man used to be now a frail body stands, Looking more like a child than a full-grown man. God, give me the courage to stand by his side, To help him through and still keep my pride. What the bottle has done only You can erase. Bring courage to his heart and a smile to his face.
