saw a women today with laughing face
eyes that said, I am enjoying life
saw her look at the world with a glow
lips spread wide, in a smile
no shyness there, just an open tooth grin
she had no fear looking at others in the eye
even infected a few as she sat
for I saw them smiling shyly back
her moves were expressive and wide
like she had nothing on earth to hide
I even heard her laugh with glee
as I sat in my corner watching this guileless soul
I  found my self wishing it were me
then she turn and spread her radiance my way
in a flash I was contaminated too
a smile spread wide to my lips as well
thinking to my self, this is being passed on way to fast
if she keeps this up, the whole world
could catch a smile on their face
then in a moment of clarity, which was to be my last
I knew this could not be all bad
so as I rose from my seat, the next person I would greet
I smiled an all out grin, even added a nod of head in
and just like that they were infected too
so beware, there is this enthusiasm to smile in the air
the infection seems to be air born,with no cure is known
