Let me think
Shall I write things
Of food and drink
Or shall I write of love and woe
Not that too far and deep to go

What shall I write of
Must I think
My writing rings
Thoughts on the brink
Reality and muse combine
To conjur up a tale so fine

What shall I write of
I will think
Of times floating
Of times to sink
We've ups and downs
We are mere clowns

What shall I write of
Entertain
This thought and then
Think once again
I'll write 'bout you
You are true blue
