Jane, the UK did try warning America of what it's doing, yet Bush ignored us and went the commerce way. Out of 141 countries only the American govt' refused to sign the ban on such poisons... And at the time America refused to believe in global warming. I fear for such impotence of decades ago and the affect/effect it will have on the nation that uses up 2/3 of the worlds resources.

It looks like you have a huge following for the chemtrail's conspiracy! The fact is that jet planes, and a certain altitude, and their exhaust turn into a white trail that is easily visible until it dissipates. These trails are mostly water vapor, although conspirators claim that we are being sprayed chemicals through them. Where you live in Ohio many planes fly every day between many cities there making it ideal for jet planes to fly over at high-altitude.

Its like they Know that No Inspectors are on duty at night. If daytime the Fines arent more than a Slap on the Wrist anyway!
