Men are like buses. Wait fifteen minutes and another one comes along!

I pray you slept well, Sweet Scarlet
You've tossed and you've turned for so long
Did he break your heart, Sweet Scarlet
Did he go and do you wrong

Hold that there chin up, Sweet Scarlet
You're better than you might know
A full field of life awaits you
Kick sad thoughts aside. Fly! Go!

You took on a smile, Sweet Scarlet
Becomming please let me say 
That young man who called, Sweet Scarlet
Has taken your heart away

Hearts are to be guarded and protected. It is hard to overcome pain from trusting someone you thought loved you. The good thing about it is you can pick yourself up and go on, but you learn to be more causious.
No more tossing,
Life goes on.
Mistakes once made,
help you move on.
Toss away sadness,
Wasn't meant to be,
Chin up, look up, you are now free...

God, how I like this poem. You seem to be getting better with every new guy that comes along. I'll be on the next bus.

Like the song says, "If you can't be with the one you love, love the one you're with." At least for that 15 minutes.
