So glad that the dark clouds are gone
The sunshine feels good on my skin
Fresh air blows my hair from my face
Feels good to be back

I caught myself laughing today
So far from just one week ago
Don't want to go back to that place
Feels good to be back

So grateful for good friends who care
Erasing remorse and the shame
Remaining is but a mere trace
Feels good to be back

It's good you're back; lately, it seems I have to bring myself back every morning and get on with it. After doing my push-ups and my usual morning routine, I get on the bike and then it feels all right. I know that of which you share, Jane. Thank you. Love and best wishes,

Regis

THIS FEELS SO GOOD! I'M ALWAYS CHEERING FOR THOSE THAT - BEEN THERE, DONE THAT...AND THAT TOO, AND PRESSING ON! I DECIDED TO BEGIN READING YOUR WORK FROM THE LAST ONE POSTED ON BACK SO I WILL FIND OUT WHAT YOU'RE CELEBRATING. BUT IN ANY CASE, WELCOME BACK AND DON'T FORGET TO PRAY! THANKS FOR SHARING.
