Askance observing jolly you
The pearls of wisdom fell out of your mouth
In fact today they still are found
Writings reflective of the sound
The sound of simple things make me feel good
Imagery and scents can pull
The needing and the yearning in my heart
Once in awhile I need to hide
Needing to get off of the ride
Hushed morning gentle waves kissing the sand
You being here though far away
Thousands of miles and still I need my space
Cyberspace holds a place for me
Where I can hide and be so free
Telling the tree spirits how much I care
While walking slowing from the beach
Blue skies with whispy feath'ry white clouds o'er
Catch all the things I say to them
Carry my wishes up to heav'n

A revealing piece of poetry, Jane, and I think you are right about "Cyberspace holds a place for me / Where I can hide and be so free." Sounds like you and he were very good together. Sad that things couldn't continue as they were, but broken eggs remain broken do they not?
