You don't own me anymore
Haunting my life my days my dreams
Dominating past be gone
You've owned me for too long
Needing to be rid of you
To enjoy here and nows and stuff
Loving every sight I see
Love life because I'm me
"Whoah!", life screams this back at her
Glad that I'm done with you this time
Depression had claws in me
We shine when we're apart
We've clashed right from the start
TELL 'EM ABOUT IT, HONEY. JUST GET IT OFF YOUR CHEST AND TELL 'EM AND MEAN IT, TOO!...UNTIL THE NEXT TIME. WE WILL ALL FIGHT WITH 'SOMETHING' IN THIS LIFE AND THAT'S THAT! HONESTLY, JANE...I'M ALREADY IN STITCHES...BLESS YOU! THANKS FOR SHARING, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND...THE OTHER ONE(LAUGH). LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS
Jane, I am also bipolar, and that white bear is mean, believe me. O everybody says that polar bears are cute and cuddly, but they have us mixed up for teddy bears.
My daughter is bi-polar, and for to long she used that as a crutch. Only lately has she started to learn how to control her impulses, but
sometimes it still rears its ugly side, and man is she hard to deal with.
A further collection of poems, many from years in the Middle East, but also the California San Francisco and Central Coast areas (Santa Cruz, Carmel, Big Sur, Berkeley, etc.).
