Sometimes sleep is the best escape of all.

Please hear me knocking
This world has me rocking
Escape I am seeking
At Wonderland peeking

Rabbit hole diving
On mushrooms I'm thriving
Caterpillar talking
I dance as I'm walking

Feeling much better
Morning dew seems wetter
Mad Hatter a good friend
I fell asleep the end

This had a lilt and rhythmic feel that totally captivated by imagination. Not a big fan of rhyme poetry, but this worked for me, probably because the rhyme came naturally.

Instead of mushrooms,
I'd try counting sheep.
Or maybe take some Sominex,
and sleep, sleep,sleep.

This was such a cool write,
I think I'll just say nighty night.

There really is nothing like a good night's sleep. I fear many people are suffering from insomnia these days.
