Psychologists have determined that we have only a few 5-7 true friends in a lifetime. The rest are all passing acquaintances. Mine have been around a long time and they are slowly fading from view as their email addresses disappear. I can count only two that are close by and can be counted on to unconditionally come to my aid if needed.
