Wave of Love


 


Like the onrushing wave,


            pounding upon sandy shores—


So did you appear,


            and slowly drift—


Back to sea.

Snow


 


Lightly—the snow falls—


            turns into flurries,


Freezing rain—ice,


            and I,


Trying to run—


            slip and slide


Up, down—again and again.
