From the book, Of Life and Love.
The Rose Flower Lovely, the rose comes forth from nature, filling the air, While the summer breeze enters its closure, Spreading its gentleness. To the eye, the rose appears so common, so everyday, But if you should want that rose, to keep and to hold, You must be ever so careful in the position you pick it And the way you hold it, because the rose is a very soft, gentle and delicate flower.

Roses, so sweet smelling, but thorns prick your finger if not careful. I love roses and had 25 rose bushes with 1st husband, none with second Tom, but carried one lone dark red rose in our garden wedding ceremony and still can smell that rose scent at times.
