after having a bad experince with my uncle on a visit 22yrs. to late I wrote this to remind me of my grandparents!!!! the ties that binded our family together.
Here we sit a family that once was so close. But time and distance has pulled us apart. The ties that Bind totally gone and lost. to busy to try and stay in touch. The ties that Bind made no difference in their treatment of us. We got grown and became to big or arrogant to visit all who we are named after. The ties that Bind never judged or looked down on us. Doesn't stop some from doing it though. The ties that Bind Never seperated what was brought together. You sit before me like you really dont want to be here or near me. Miss the ties that bind. For truly than when they were here we were family. Now some of us are just bitter or angry. Miss the ties that Bind.

Awww this is so sad sweetheart,
lets hope that the ties that bind
will be bound again and all is
forgotten and everyone moves ahead

this is so sad, and I can relate
times have changed so much
we used to have the greatest Family Reunions
every year, some families need their matriarchs
and when they pass away...the family falls :(
