Caught In The Dragnet

Always about thoughts

Caught in the drag net
Of thoughts that roam the night.
Mingling with unfinished ideas;
Will that also be my plight?

I was thinking beyond the stars,
In a creative atmosphere.
How can I be loosed from this net,
And soar to where there is no fear.

Where thoughts become ideas,
And creation brought anew.
I'll be the seed that grows,
A world both bright and new.

There will be such harmony-
Happiness known to all.
All evil will be unknown,
To God will we owe it all.

George, Thanks so much for commenting on my poem; I appreciate it immensly! I read "Caught in the Dragnet" and I LOVE it! It is the truth you speak! The "Dragnet" is like a matrix of good and evil. It will be an awesome transition to what comes after, Heaven, for those who believe! I am a believer and it sounds as if you are as well, so I suppose we will be there with all the other "creatives" probably painting that great masterpiece or writing on the heavenly scrolls! Who really knows what we will be accomplishing there but it will be an amazing journey and then eternity beyond! Thanks again George!

WHAT A UNIQUE WAY TO DESCRIBE THE 'CONSTRAINTS' OF THIS WORLD...THIS BODY WE LIVE IN! BUT, YES, ONE DAY, WHEN 'HE' IS READY, GOD WILL SET US FREE OF THIS 'DRAGNET' AND WE WILL SOAR TO HEIGHTS, PEACE AND JOYS...UNIMAGINABLE.
