George, the roots of socialism are deep in academia across America - failure to learn from the past, 6,000 years of failed attempts to make socialism work have not deterred them from preaching and attempting just one more failure - a system that rewards taking from the few willing to work, to give to the masses unwilling to work and the limited political upper strata of socialism is an unworkable theory that has met failure everywhere it was tried - why, in a land that offers equality to everyone willing to work,struggle to better themselves that old beaten up political philosophy of Marx still survives is beyond my comprehension - I wish you love and peace my dear friend - Jon Michael

Yup. America is too far gone with the mindset that government should support, educate, and drive the people instead of the people dictating what the president and congress should do. We have been gathering around this idea of socialism, i.e., communism, since FDR.
