For the more than five million who are unemployed now, that were employed four years ago, with a total of more than 23 million unemployed Americans it is the economy. For 53% of college grads who cannot find employment in their fields, it is the economy. For taxpayers, their children and grandchildren, who have seen the national debt increase nearly 30% in less than four years, it is the economy. For shoppers in the grocery store, it is the economy. And for seniors on a fixed income who see rising costs everywhere they turn, "It is the economy stupid" and a myriad of other things that have deteriorated in the last four years. You have summed it up well George. America will not survive at the pace our financial security is eroding. $2 billion to Brazilian petroleum giant Petrobras. $6 billion in subsidies to the ethanol producers. Exemptions from the Affordable Health Care Reform Act for, unions.local, state and federal employees, McDonalds, the, illegal immigrants and more, everyone except the ordinary working man who will pay for everyone else. There is no bogeyman. And there is an economy. And there's one thing for certain, oil prices will go up, and up, and up, and up, and there's nothing that any politician can do about it.

Did you notice that the new idea with old values misspoke thirty-one times in his latest discussion trying to win over everyone with sincerity? I especially liked when he called the college student a “kid” repeatedly. I'm sure when he meets seventeen-year-old soldiers he calls them, “men.” Afterward, the college student said that he was going to vote against you. The student wasn't convinced by that smile and false sense of sincerity with nothing to back it up but obsolete ideology by old men for old men.
