You raise an interesting subject. The first question I ask is - why do so many need and accept it? And in the answer to that question lies also the solution to our social and spiritual decline. The problem is that it's all too easy, especially for politicians, to take aim at the symptoms of our disease rather than the causes.

Ehh only my personal view, I find it disgusting...
It takes away from the beauty of making love and degrades
something that is meant to be beautiful between two people...
I'm rather old fashioned... yet the industry does make millions...

Put a knife into the hands of a killer and you've got trouble. Put a knife into the hands of a chef and you've got delightful dishes. Porn can be used to poison or enhance as well. Love ya!

Porn is relatively harmless when compared to war, violent shows and movies, and games that favor violence over reasonable discussion and resolution. Advertising for tobacco and other illegal, but acceptable practices in drugs is much more destructive.

Bless you, George, for taking on many usually unspoken topics. I taught a class once on the evils of porn and the effect this had on the mind, especially to teenagers. Unfortunately, as Jerry said, it will always be around. I think it would take a miracle to clean up the television industry due to the fact that to so many, sex sells.

Porn! It has been around since the cavemen sketched naked women on the walls of the cave. You'll never get rid of it. I agree that the whole television industry should be be cleaned up, beginning with the new bureau, then the soft port.
