Where is your bench?

Ah there you are been looking for you

Needed my spot by that tree you are different

I know many resting taking advantage of your place

Me same old just looking for the day to come to end

I needed you today, my heart was low and I needed comfort

My legs are tired and my mind is grasping for youth left in soul

Gloomy is the fade from winter into spring as sure as I am you wait

Always my resting spot a comfort from trial left singing in the past now lost

Thanks for the visit it has been good I must find my way back maybe tomorrow
Save this spot for me near this tree waiting patiently for warm spring air and soft rain

Trees are a symbol of life. Yes. Good stuff, Walter. Love and peace. Regis

I have leaned against a tree several times to catch my breath and a few weeks ago I had to because the flu had hit me all of a sudden. They are indeed our friends.
